Karen & Patrice - A Brooklyn Wedding

Wow..finally I am keeping an updated blog!!!

Karen came to me looking for an invitation for her wedding in Brooklyn this September. We went over a few designs until she found this great border to use on the invitations. The pocketfold is a beautiful metallic green which was a great combination with the ivory paper. We did a reception card and a RSVP card too which sat in the bottom pocket!

Alicia & Jason - A Seaside Wedding

Alicia contacted me looking for an invitation for her seaside wedding. She wanted to incorporate a starfish, she was using those in her wedding decor, so we added that along with some great wave/swirl graphics on the invitation. We use a beautiful blue pocketfold with a metallic green layer behind it and as a belly band around the front too! The accommodation card, direction card, and RSVP card were all perfectly aligned in the pocket too!!

A Moroccan Event - Jessica & Syamantaka

I was able to create this beautiful invitation suite for Jessica & Syamantaka with the help of their wedding coordinator! She loved the Moroccan theme so I found a great graphic to tie the whole set together. We did the invite on an ivory cardstock, layed on a burnt orange paper and then enclosed in a gold leaf square pocketfold. It had an accommodation card, direction card, and a RSVP postcard too! The whole set was then closed with a monogram on the front! One of my favorites!!

Palm Tree Pocketfold Invitation Set

I have been working with Desiree (A fellow BDW Bride!) on formal invitations for her destination wedding in Mexico!! She came to me with what she was looking for as far as graphic and colors and this is what we created! We did a aqua pocketfold with gold metallic envelopes and layering pieces as accents! The belly band was a antique gold satin ribbon with her logo on the front of it! I absolutley love these invites!!
